Developing the digital workspace for Mikhael required a comprehensive, multi-phase engineering effort. Our primary goal was to digitize their traditional classroom workflows into a seamless online portal that handles complex student enrollment, batch scheduling, and curriculum delivery.

We focused on creating a performant user experience that handles high traffic during peak admissions. By building a custom course management engine, we allowed instructors to construct modules, upload assignments, and update grading criteria in real-time, bringing complete administrative flexibility to their academic operations.
The development journey involved close collaboration with their operations team to identify bottlenecks. The highlight of our engineering effort is the custom-built administrator dashboard. We designed this console to serve as the control center for all institute branches—enabling branch managers to configure dynamic student groups, manage global courses, and review instructor activity logs seamlessly.
To solve the critical issue of academic integrity, we engineered a dedicated certification verification system. When a student completes a program, the portal generates a cryptographically verifiable digital certificate. External employers can instantly verify the authenticity of these certificates through a secure public verification portal, eliminating manual verification inquiries entirely.

Through this deep collaboration, we successfully transitioned Mikhael's academic registry onto the cloud.
